Shipping Terms:

• Standard Delivery – Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days within Canada
• All shipment processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5 pm EST
• Shipping for any consultation onSaturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 2 pm EST are processed the next business day only. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday
• Cost: The shipping cost is variable and is based on your location and the shipment size. We depend on our logistics partner to provide us the estimate / quote of the shipment at your specific zip and address and schedule a pickup accordingly
• Speak to us in case you have a need to prioritize the medicine delivery. Though, we encourage pickup by the patients, or their families in such cases
• Remote areas – Please note that orders shipped to remote areas may carry an additional shipping charge. You will be contacted by call / email if this applies
